Vooda AI provides an AI-powered secrets detection platform that identifies exposed credentials, API keys, and sensitive data across codebases and infrastructure. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or requesting a demo.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOODA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vooda AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
